Jamie Williams is a construction manager and the founder of KanGate. His experience led him to a fundamental question: when project information is spread across documents, systems, and organizations, how can teams establish what is actually supported by evidence?

He created KanGate to connect source evidence, identities, requirements, and relationships into a continuously verified state—giving teams an explainable basis for decisions as information changes.

Jamie’s vision is to help establish a category of evidence-driven project assurance: software that makes the basis for readiness and other governed decisions traceable, testable, and accountable. KanGate brings that approach to the many disciplines and organizations involved in delivering complex projects.

Maile Claire Williams

Maile Williams is an operations leader whose career spans construction, inventory and materials management, multi-site operations, small-business ownership, and document control. Whatever the setting, her work has centered on bringing order to complexity—keeping information clear, people connected, and important details from slipping through the gaps.

At KanGate, Maile shapes documentation, governance, partner readiness, and workflow. She brings a practical, human perspective to how the platform handles evidence, identity, relationships, and verified states, helping ensure its rigor remains clear and useful to the people whose decisions depend on it.
